Visitors Are Always Welcome!
The Rotary Club of Sharpstown was formed in February
of 1962 and formally chartered by Rotary International
in June of that year. The membership represents a variety
of business and professional leaders who live or work
in the area around the Sharpstown subdivision in Houston,
Texas.
Through the
contribution of the club’s members
to the Rotary Foundation the Sharpstown club is able
to participate in all of the worldwide service programs
of Rotary International.The club and its members are
also active in service projects to the area community
and especially in the area of education.
A number of members act as mentors for at-risk High
School students attending area schools. The cub also
funds scholarships for high school and vocational school
students from the surrounding community.

of area leaders who have become friends and family through
