The "Simple" Truth About Your Car

Our guest speaker this week was John Miller, The Car Counselor Radio Show host and owner of Freedom Automotive Services in Stafford. John talked about the myths and mysteries of maintaining the modern automobile. He also gave us some of the truths about car maintenace and repair.

John offerred everyone a copy of his common sense car maintenace schedule. He suggests using this schedule if you plan to keep your vehicle more that 2 or 3 years - because the manufacturers' suggested maintenance schedules will not really keep a vehicle in good condition after 50-60,000 miles. Guests, Visitors and Other Good Things

Bill Landers introduced us to his guest, Ralph Uidaurri. Bloa handed out invitations to her wedding on the 23rd. Karen Blakeman still had a few Girl Scout Cookies to hand out (YUM!!!). Jeff Novy sat at the check-in table acting as a stand-in for Archie who was out sick (get well quick Archie!).
