An Alternative Spring Break

Our guest speakers this week were two students from Rice Univerisity. Vicki Trinh and Igor K talked about the trip they and 12 of their fellow students will be taking to Mexcio during Spring break. They will be working to assist with a medical project for a very poor and remote area of Mexico.

For a week in early March this group of 14 students will be involved in an effort to better the health of children and adults who live several hours away from the nearest hospital...and that when most have no form of transportation to get them there.
