Dr. BrownYou Should be "Pro" Anti's

Dr. Fredrick Brown and members of his staff vistited with the club this week. Dr. Brown talked about the need for peopl to manage their health on a proactive asis...ot just respond when they become ill.

He discussed the need for supplements to meet the shortcomings in vitamins and minerals that our processed food lifestyle leaves us with.  Testing station

His staff offerred a free screening for anyone interested to show them how they rank in the level of anti-oxidents present in their boddy system.  We found that almost all of us needed to pay some attention to increasing the number of anti-oxidents we ingest through food and supplements.
